We’re seeking motivated sales professionals to join our dynamic team as B2B Telesales Representatives! Our company specializes in providing cutting-edge credit card processing software to small and medium-sized brick-and-mortar businesses. We’re dedicated to creating an exciting, rewarding, and supportive culture that celebrates success and promotes growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct 100 outbound sales calls daily to SMB, brick-and-mortar, card-present merchants. Generate leads and close deals for our credit card processing software. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals (goal: 8 deals/month). Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our solutions to prospects. Manage the activation process for closed accounts to ensure timely setup.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Pay +
Bonus:
Weekly $500 bonus for quick closes (1-time per account, 5-10 accounts).
Residual Income:
Earn 15% residuals on accounts for their lifetime, paid 30 days in arrears. Full benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance. On-site fitness center for employee use. Covered parking for convenience during rainy weather.
