The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a golf cart or powersports retail environment but not required also strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining a positive work atmosphere. You will be responsible for managing the day to day of a retail golf cart dealership and also be the primary sales associate. Responsibilities Lead and manage the daily operations of the dealership to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Manage inventory levels of golf carts and parts, including ordering and receiving. Manage sales and delivery route. Utilize QuickBooks for sales and inventory management. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as local regulations. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff. Qualifications Should have some experience in a retail setting and also experience in a supervisory/management role. Some sales experience. Not required but would be helpful. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming shopping experience. Proficiency using QuickBooks and general computer proficiency. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of store operations. Ability to use mechanics tools is a plus, but not required. Ability to drive a small pickup truck and pull a trailer is also a plus, but not required. Ability to lead by example, inspire others, and maintain high levels of employee morale.
