Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of Wireless Sales Associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Provide training and support to team members on wireless products, services, and customer engagement techniques. Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team productivity. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Proven experience in retail management or team leadership, preferably in the wireless industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members and customers. Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve performance. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Requirements:

EDUCATION and/ or

EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent. Proven leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to meet/ exceed sales quotas.

Base Salary Range $13.00 hourly Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly) Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days
