Job Summary:

ProductOperations Educators are experts in organization and efficiency,executing inventory processing and other product operations, asdirected and according to the company’s standards. ProductOperations Educators receive and process shipments, organizeproduct within the store (the retail floor and the back of house)as directed, and complete other inventory-related tasks to maximizeprofitable product sell-through. Support guests on the retail floorby providing service or connecting the guest to another teammember. Core Responsibilities of the Job Organize and clean the inventory workspace to maximizeefficiency and maintain a safe store environment. Execute inventory processing plan established by the ProductOperations Lead, including accurate RFID inventory counts accordingto company standards. Receive and process product deliveries according to thecompany’s standards, such as folding, sorting, and hanging productto optimize space and productivity. Reconcile, prepare, package, and ship product to appropriatelocations according to company standards (e.g., damages,consolidations). Execute product display adjustments, daily restocking anddestocking, or product moves on the floor according to companystandards to maintain store organization and presentation. Execute market-relevant omnichannel programs (e.g., buyonline/pickup in store and ship from store options) according tocompany standards. Interact with guests or facilitate connection with another teammember to provide service on the retail floor and support theguest’s experience. Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment toensure a supportive and engaging experience for all team membersand guests. Use in-store technology to support store operations and providepositive guest experiences. Compensation & Benefits PackageBase Pay Range:
