The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the management team in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for retail and automobile environments, and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and customers alike. Duties Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Support the recruitment process by interviewing candidates and participating in hiring decisions. Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock availability while minimizing excess. Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and improve overall team performance. Implement effective marketing strategies to promote products or services. Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, address inquiries, and resolve issues. Assist in shift management, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts and maintaining operational efficiency. Collaborate with the management team to set sales goals and monitor performance metrics. Experience Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role is preferred. Previous experience in Rent To Own is a plus. Strong Sales Skills. Proficiency in inventory management practices is highly desirable. Ability to sell and market products effectively to drive business growth. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases. Demonstrated experience in shift management is beneficial for maintaining operational continuity.
