REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED 3+ Years Experience Previous Sales Experience Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences. Ability to work well within a team and contribute to collective goals
PREFERRED SKILLS
Strong ability to sell vacation packages and promotions effectively. Familiarity with popular vacation destinations and travel trends. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to negotiate deals and close sales. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Basic understanding of computers and the internet The position includes taking over calls from representatives and using your knowledge of available vacations, add-ons, and pricing structures to create a custom vacation package for the customer, as well as secure their payment information while on the call. Must be comfortable reading scripted rebuttals and sales pitches over the phone.
