In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding shopping experiences. Duties Assist the Store Manager in managing store operations and staff to achieve sales targets and operational goals. Supervise and train retail staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies. Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, organization, and loss prevention strategies. Maintain the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring accurate transactions and record-keeping. Collaborate with team members to create an engaging shopping environment that promotes customer loyalty. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Assist in budgeting processes and financial reporting as required. Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement. Skills Proven experience as an Key Holder or in a similar retail role. Strong skills in budgeting and financial management. Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software. Excellent retail sales techniques with a focus on customer engagement. Experience in wireless sales is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating leadership qualities. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse customer needs.
