WE ARE HOTWORX

is a 24/7 infrared fitness studio that offers virtually instructed workouts inside patented infrared saunas. This innovative fitness experience is one of the fastest-growing in the industry—and we’re looking for a results-driven, organized, and motivated General Manager to lead the HOTWORX Boynton Beach studio to the next level.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As the General Manager, you will oversee the daily operations, drive growth, and lead your team to success. You will be the face of the studio—building relationships, motivating your team, and ensuring a high-performance and high-retention environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Drive membership growth and retention toward the studio goal of 1,000 active members Lead, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales goals Maintain studio cleanliness, ensure equipment functionality, and oversee weekly sauna inspections with corporate (1-2 times per week) Manage retail sales and inventory of branded merchandise and fitness products Create and post organic social media content that showcases the studio, member experiences, and testimonials Deliver an exceptional member experience, including prompt service and a welcoming studio atmosphere Maintain accurate tracking and accountability of KPIs, retail goals, and studio performance metrics Conduct weekly team meetings and ongoing coaching sessions

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

Meet or exceed monthly net membership gain goals Ensure all team members reach $501 minimum in monthly sales to qualify for commission Drive consistent increases in studio reviews and member referrals Create weekly social media content to boost online engagement and follower growth Maintain 5-star standards in facility cleanliness and equipment readiness Complete sauna inspections per corporate compliance guidelines 1-2 times weekly

QUALIFICATIONS

Management experience in fitness, sales, retail, or hospitality Proven ability to lead a sales-driven team and meet performance goals Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Experience creating content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Comfortable managing day-to-day studio operations and troubleshooting basic facility or equipment issues
