Role Summary:
Support the Store Manager in overseeing sales, merchandising, providing outstanding customer service, demonstrating sales floor leadership and inventory control. Performance Measures / Success criteria 1. Partner with SM and ASM for execution of all policies, procedures and operation of store environment including loss prevention. 2. Become the sales leader within the store environment emphasizing store and individual goals in order to elevate the customer service experience. 3. Ensure sales team has the knowledge and the tools to perform their job in order to Achieve/exceed personal sales goals. 4. Supervise the sales team and follow up on the performance in order to ensure continuous sales coverage. 3. Ensure sales floor presentation standards and maintain it regularly in order to meet company’s standards.
Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Speaks well and uses effective verbal skills.
