Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to manage our social media presence, handle eBay listings, and supervise our in-store staff. This hybrid role requires someone with a passion for digital marketing, strong e-commerce skills, and proven leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Plan, create, and post engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Run paid ad campaigns and track performance Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and grow audience Take photos and videos of new inventory for posts and promotions e

Bay & Online Listings:

Create accurate and appealing eBay listings with compelling titles, descriptions, and images Maintain and update online inventory Respond to buyer inquiries and manage customer feedback Process orders and handle shipping logistics

Store Staff Management:

Supervise day-to-day floor operations Create employee schedules and manage time-off requests Train and motivate team members for peak performance Ensure customer service standards and store cleanliness are upheld

Qualifications:

2+ years experience in social media marketing or e-commerce preferred Prior experience with eBay listing and shipping tools Strong leadership and communication skills Familiarity with retail operations is a plus Able to work weekends and have a flexible schedule

Skills Needed:

Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva) Knowledge of eBay platform and listing best practices Basic photo/video editing skills Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
