Coffee Shop Manager Alvin’s Island Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459 Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Coffee Shop Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our coffee shop. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong background in food service management. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Duties Supervise daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring efficient service and customer satisfaction. Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment. Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas. Oversee food production processes to guarantee quality and consistency in all menu items. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance the overall guest experience. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote new products and special events at the coffee shop. Monitor financial performance, including sales reports and cost control measures. Experience Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or casual dining setting is preferred. Proven kitchen management skills with a solid understanding of food production processes. Experience as an assistant manager or in a supervisory role within the food service industry is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices is essential. Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.

Salary:
