Store Manager BBW West Georgia Amoco 1213 Maple Street, Carrollton, GA 30117 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. Duties

• Oversee store scheduling and staffing
• Implement strategies to drive store sales and meet financial goals
• Oversee inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and managing stock levels
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in cash handling procedures
• Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
• Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment Qualifications
• Proven experience in retail management with a strong background in inventory management, cash handling, and retail sales
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and conducting financial transactions accurately
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and manage a team effectively
• Strong mathematical skills for managing budgets, analyzing sales data, and calculating profits
• Ability to sell products effectively and drive sales growth through strategic initiatives Candidates will go through a cashier training program prior to beginning the manager training program.
