This position is for Crumbl Cookies Mosaic in Pooler, Georgia. The Assistant Store Manager will report to the Store Manager to ensure the store is fully staffed, trained and hitting key metrics. Duties & Responsibilities Ensure Employees stay on task and speed for balling, mixing and dressing various deserts served to customers. Ensure store meets cleanliness standards. Ensure customer service is exceeded and customers enjoy coming to this location. Assist in managing labor cost. Assist in managing food cost. Hands-on in training and developing employees. Qualifications Background in food, bakeries or similar QSR concepts. History of excelling in a management position and hitting Key Metrics. Customer Service focused.
