Body Shop Manager 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars 1025 Us Highway 80, Garden City, GA 31408 We’re not just looking for a manager — we’re looking for a leader who can motivate a team, manage a process, and maintain a culture built on respect, trust, and accountability. Our independent shop averages 320 repair orders per month, and we need someone who can keep operations running smoothly while developing the people who make it all happen. What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor technicians, estimators, and front office staff
- Build and maintain a positive, high-performance culture
- Oversee day-to-day operations including scheduling, repair flow, and quality control
- Own the process: drive consistency, efficiency, and accountability from estimate to delivery
- Train and develop team members through coaching and performance feedback
- Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners, vendors, and customers
- Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to reduce cycle time and increase profitability
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in a successful collision center
- Strong process management skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Familiarity with industry software like ALLDATA, Audatex, CCC One, and Mitchell
- Hands-on leader who develops people and holds the team to high standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Full-time Pay:
$160,000.00 – $215,000.00 per year
