We are currently hiring for a Department Manager at ourDistribution Center in Cowpens, SC, on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift. 1stshift: Monday-Thursday 5:30am-4pm 2nd shift: Monday-Thursday4:30pm-3am 3rd shift: Friday-Sunday 5:30am-6pm All leaders mustdemonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work across differentshifts and departments. We’re currently seeking individuals for ourDepartment Manager role that involves supporting all operationalfunctions for our site and associates. Managing and overseeing upto 20 associates and all related departmental functions for thevarious departments of the Distribution Center; including,Receiving, Order Selection, Shipping and Equipment Ensuringmerchandise is scheduled, received, unloaded, and checked forReceiving, replenished, selected and labeled for Order Selection,scanned loaded and shipped for Shipping, and moved and slotted forEquipment Completing all responsibilities in accordance withcompany policies and procedures and in keeping with ournon-negotiables of safety, sanitation, quality, and highoperational standards

Position Requirements:

Minimum of three (3)years distribution center management, operations experience oreducational equivalent Solid knowledge of distribution centerpractices and procedures Strong leadership, administrative,organizational, managerial, interpersonal, and communication skillsProgressive analytical ability to gather and interpret informationthen; develop, recommend, and implement pro-active solutions Strongability to coach / lead the supervisors and associates towardsprofessional success Strong PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Access Working knowledge of

High school diploma or equivalent
