The large majority of our transactions are lease agreements, in which our customers make payments to us weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or semi-monthly. Our business is similar to Aarons, Rent a Center, Buddy’s, Ashley Hometore and Farmers Furniture. We have 4 locations and have been in business for over 35 years. We are locally owned and operated out of Savannah, GA. We are currently looking for a Store Manager at our Skidaway Road location on the ease side of Savannah. This person will ultimately be responsible for the performance of this store and its staff. Benefits

  • Employee purchase program. Daily Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Manage staff to ensure all tasks get accomplished efficiently. A typical HomeSource has a staff of 4-6 other than the Store Manager, depending on the level of business the store is doing.
  • Sales
  • Help customers pick the merchandise they want/need
  • Utilize CRM software to manage sales leads
  • Collections
  • Work with delinquent customers to get their payments current
  • Process new customer applications to get them approved for an account
  • Manage the delivery schedule and delivery staff
  • Order inventory for the sales floor when needed
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product repair or maintenance issues
  • Ensure sales floor is attractively merchandised, priced, and clean
  • Maintain customer files and associated paperwork Essential Skills and Abilities

  • Must be able to work Monday
  • Friday from 9:00 to 6:00 and Saturdays from 9:00 to 5:00. The store is closed on Sunday and you will also have one additional day in the middle of the week off
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
  • Previous experience in retail, finance, customer service, sales, collections, or other related field
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
  • Criminal background check required.
