This role is designed for individuals who are eager to develop their leadership skills while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Leader in Training, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations, enhancing customer experiences, and preparing for future leadership opportunities within the organization. Responsibilities Assist in managing daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Support the team in achieving sales goals through effective communication and collaboration. Train and mentor new employees, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions and manage inventory. Conduct interviews for potential new hires, assessing their fit within the team and company culture. Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods. Engage with customers to understand their needs, providing solutions that enhance their shopping experience. Experience Ideal candidates will possess the following skills and experiences: Demonstrated leadership qualities with a passion for developing others. Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities effectively.
