The Assistant Manager is responsible for managing all aspect of store operations, including but not limited to, achieving sales plans, participating in interviewing and training of all associates, managing and motivating their team, and ensuring customer service, inventory and visual standards are consistently achieved or exceeded. The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations.
