At least three years of recent, full-time experience in boutique retail or hospitality (e.g., jewelry, luxury apparel, cosmetics, or specialty foods). Passion for cooking or a culinary background is a strong advantage. Ability to work some weekend days (not all required). Proven leadership skills and a talent for team motivation.
