Role:

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll be working commission-first with the ability to earn a base salary once your team is built and producing. You’ll oversee a growing telesales department, including both AI appointment bots and human reps, making sure the phones are ringing, appointments are booked, and roofs are sold.

What You’ll Do:

Manage a small team of telesales reps (and AI bots!) Actively cold call with your team to generate leads and appointments Monitor KPIs, call metrics, and CRM activity Help recruit, onboard, and coach new reps Build scripts, refine processes, and lead huddles Work closely with leadership to scale the department

What You Bring:

Experience in inside sales or telesales management Roofing or home improvement sales experience (preferred)

Tech-savvy:

CRM systems, sales automation tools, and AI familiarity Hungry, self-starting mindset Ability to lead by example and coach performance Comfortable with commission-based structure to start Long-term vision for career and department growth

Bonus If You Have:

Bilingual Experience managing or working with AI sales bots Knowledge of storm markets, insurance sales, or

Initial Pay:

Commission on personal sales + team overrides

Growth Track:

Once managing 3+ human telesales reps, you’ll transition to base salary + team bonuses
