The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Duties Manage daily store operations to ensure a smooth workflow and high levels of customer satisfaction. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance. Implement effective sales management strategies to maximize revenue opportunities. Conduct regular training sessions for staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices. Oversee payroll processes and ensure accurate record-keeping for all employees. Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms for inventory purchases. Handle administrative tasks such as inventory management, scheduling, and reporting. Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team of employees. Monitor store performance metrics and develop action plans for improvement as needed. Skills Proven experience in sales management with a track record of achieving targets. Strong negotiation skills to effectively manage vendor relationships. Excellent leadership abilities to inspire and guide a diverse team. Proficient in administrative tasks including payroll processing and inventory tracking. Experience in wireless sales is a plus, enhancing product knowledge within the team. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and staff alike.
