The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and experience working with children, particularly in literacy education and childhood development. This role is essential in assisting teachers with lesson planning, classroom management, and providing individualized support to students, including those with special needs. Responsibilities Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities tailored to meet the diverse needs of students. Support literacy education initiatives by helping students develop reading and writing skills. Provide care and supervision for toddlers and preschool-aged children, ensuring their safety and well-being. Collaborate with educators to create an inclusive classroom environment for students with disabilities. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to foster a supportive educational community. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of childhood development. Help maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom space conducive to learning. Qualifications Experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred. Knowledge of literacy education strategies and childhood development principles. Familiarity with private school environments is a plus. Experience or training in special education or working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students and staff. Ability to assist in lesson planning and adapt activities based on student needs.
