Associate Development Manager Plato’s Closet 7301 Stonecrest Concourse, Lithonia, GA 30038 Job description Responsible for opening and closing the store, supervising Associates, providing excellent Customer Service at all times, supervising merchandise processing, markdowns, sizing and the Front End.

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent
• Coach, develop and maximize the success of all Associates
• Maximize sales potential by coaching Associate behaviors on the sales floor and behind the senses
• Build a team that works well based on the needs of the Store
• Recruit, hire and staff
• Ensure training of the Associate team.

Job Requirements Demonstrated excellent leadership, time management and customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have integrity and a willingness to learn the company’s way Can do attitude and a team player Flexible and adaptive to environment, changes, challenges, job duties and work schedules Inquisitiveness and open mind regarding youth culture/music trends Track record of associate development is a must Knowledge of teen retail helpful Must be able to work weekends Minimum 18 years of age Able to stand and walk around during scheduled hours Able to pack/unpack items, arrange/move store fixtures and packages weighing up to 50 pounds
