Job Description:
We are currently hiring a Bilingual Team Lead to oversee and support teams on-site while serving as the main point of communication between our staff and the client’s supervisor. The ideal candidate is organized, bilingual (French required; Wolof preferred), and able to lead by example.
Responsibilities:
Act as the liaison between the on-site supervisor and your team Communicate instructions clearly to team members in French (and Wolof, if possible) Help coordinate shift activities and keep the team on task Step in to assist with duties Monitor attendance, work quality, and resolve minor issues on-site Ensure safety protocols are followed
Qualifications:
Must speak French fluently Speaking Wolof is a strong plus Prior experience in team leadership or supervisory roles Reliable and professional work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for long hours Strong communication and problem-solving skills
