Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve store targets. Supervise and train team members to enhance their skills in sales management and customer engagement. Monitor store performance metrics and utilize retail math to analyze sales data for informed decision-making. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive work environment. Communicate effectively with team members to foster collaboration and motivate staff towards achieving common goals. Manage the buying process to ensure the right products are available at the right time, optimizing stock levels. Conduct regular assessments of store layout and product placement to maximize sales opportunities. Skills Proven experience in retail management with a strong track record of achieving sales goals.
