This role is available immediately, and in-person interviews are encouraged. We are a Family Owned and Family Operated Ford Dealership with a history dating back to 1968. Great long time tenured employees along with a family atmosphere make this a unique opportunity for the right candidate. Responsibilities include managing Body Techs, Paint Prep Techs, and Painters as well as managing the relationships with Insurance Companies and Body Shop Vendors. We have a very active Used Car operation and several Fleet accounts that provide a solid foundation for recurring business. This is truly a ground-floor opportunity and can be a high-income role for the right candidate. Requirements:

At least three years of experience successfully managing a body shop that caters to Insurance Companies, Dealership internal work, and Fleet Body shop customers are required. Experience managing a staff including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees, and addressing complaints. Measurable success in generating business through Insurance Companies, Fleet Companies, and Auto Dealers. A minimum of a high school degree or GED is required; some college is preferred. Ability to read, analyze and interpret reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups, and the ability to respond to inquiries and complaints from customers and regulatory agencies. Ability to calculate and apply discounts, interest, commission, and proportions in practical situations. Ability to define problems and apply principles of logical and scientific solutions to practical problems. Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
