Floor Manager Fin & Feathers 7430 Douglas Blvd, Douglasville, GA 30135 Fin & Feathers Restaurant is currently looking for a Floor Manager with both restaurant and nightlife experience. This person must;

• Have open availability and able and willing to work nights
• Manage a group of people with different personality traits effectively without creating high turnover
• Be highly motivated and willing to learn
• Build professional rapport with members and guests
• Make sure steps of service are being fully executed at all times
• Open and close the establishments as needed
• Make sure staff is adequately prepared to carry out the shift (make sure they have all things needed to serve our guests)
