The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all opening and closing shifts, scheduling, operational performance, training and developing staff, controlling inventory, and ensuring that the store meets its financial objectives while providing a welcoming environment for our customers. Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of employees, including shift team leads and staff, to achieve store goals. Oversee employee orientation and training to ensure high standards of service and operational efficiency. Manage inventory control processes, including ordering, stocking, and minimizing waste. Consistently maintaining high quality standards on all products, be proficient in brand standards and ensure business operations are in compliance at all times . Implement budgeting strategies to optimize store sales performance and profitability. Community and customer engagement, by promoting our business and products to the local schools in the area and assisting with marketing opportunities. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective phone etiquette and in-store interactions. Lead by example as the Store Manager to create memorable customer experiences and maintain a fun, positive and encouraging work environment. Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions about product offerings and promotions. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store environment. Requirements Proven experience in a store management role or similar position. Must posses strong people and management skills. 3-4 years of store management and leadership experience required. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team effectively. Excellent negotiation skills and sales experience. Proficient in inventory control techniques, staff scheduling and budgeting practices. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement etiquette.
