The ideal candidate will support the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management of resources. This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for restaurant management, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and customers. Duties Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Oversee inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize shrinkage. Utilize POS systems and cash registers accurately for transactions and record keeping. Maintain an organized store environment, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively. Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop promotional activities that drive sales. Qualifications Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members. Proficiency in inventory control processes and sales management techniques.
