Responsibilities:
Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations. Maintain a safe work environment Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the life cycle Keeping customers updated. Increase profitability by maximizing sales & executing retail promotions. Responsible for overseeing the technician working on customers’ vehicle including their time management/efficiency, parts ordering, job completion times. Oversee and participate in delivering quality. Collaborate with the General Manager/ Store Manager toward the overall growth and success of our operations.
