Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Multi-Store Manager to lead and oversee a group of Metro by T-Mobile retail locations in the Northern Atlanta area. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with a passion for wireless sales, team development, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations across multiple store locations. Lead, motivate, and develop store teams to achieve and exceed sales goals. Monitor and drive monthly performance targets and KPIs Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and merchandising standards Conduct regular store visits to coach and provide on-the-ground support Recruit, train, and onboard store-level staff Serve as the key point of contact between corporate and store teams

Qualifications:

Must be eligible to work in the United States. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Prior multi-unit or retail management experience preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to travel within the Northern Atlanta area
