SATURDAYS

only (730 am to 330 pm). The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality control during plating and bagging for local high volume meal prep company. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to motivate and develop team members. Must be able to get along with all types of personalities and remain professional. Responsibilities Work with chefs to ensure smooth Saturday operations from start to finish. Oversee plating and bagging operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and achieve organizational goals. Manage team performance through regular feedback, coaching, and development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages employee engagement. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Skills Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with staff at all levels. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
