Retail Manager:
Plan/direct/eval ops: manage staff/assign duties; det mdse/svcs and impl price plcy, locate/select/procure mdse; dvlp/impl price plcy; locate/select/procure mdse; dvlp/impl mkt str; plan budgets/auth expenditures; resolve cust compl; det staffing reqs, hire/train staff; enforce corp/local/state pandp; create/maint empl sched; review timecards/empl sched, ensure shifts cvrd; submit wkly payroll info (timecards/payroll changes/new hires/terms).
