Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store including sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Experience:
- Proven experience in store management or a similar role
