Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the store’s daily operations, working closely with technicians and front-of-house staff. Hire and build a team of service advisors and technicians. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Drive store performance by developing strategies to grow the customer base, increase sales, and boost profitability. Oversee all administrative tasks and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Handle customer interactions, explain recommended services, sell repair work, and ensure efficient shop flow.

5+ years of experience in the automotive industry (store management experience preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceptional service
