We are currently sourcing for a Store Manager position on behalf of our client, a well-established, multi-unit automotive repair business with ten independent shops in Atlanta, GA. Our client is committed to providing top-notch automotive services and is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead one of their shops to success.

Job Description:

As a Store Manager at one of our client’s independent automotive repair shops in Atlanta, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations and overall success of the business. You will be responsible for managing a team of skilled technicians and ensuring that the shop operates efficiently, delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of automotive technicians and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Customer Service:

Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Operational Management:

Oversee all aspects of shop operations, including inventory management, scheduling, quality control, and compliance with industry standards.

Financial Management:

Monitor and manage shop finances, including budgets, sales, and expenses, to achieve profitability goals.

Sales and Marketing:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.

Technical Expertise:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automotive repair and maintenance.

Safety:

Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in automotive repair or service management, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Proficient in shop operations, including inventory control and financial management. Prior experience with RO shop system TCS Tireworks and/or Tekmetric highly preferred. Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures. Results-driven with a focus on achieving business goals. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions. High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education preferred).
