What You’ll Do:
As the Apparel Supervisor, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of our apparel production team, ensuring high-quality output and timely shipping. You’ll oversee production schedules, manage team performance, and drive continuous improvement processes and systems.
Your Impact:
In this role, you will lead a high-performing team to ensure top-quality production and on-time delivery, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee production schedules, inventory needs, staffing, and workflow. Manage daily operations and provide leadership to the apparel production team. Conduct audits and ensure compliance with quality standards and SLEs. Train new team members and identify ongoing training needs. Support hiring efforts and enforce safety protocols. Collaborate on equipment maintenance and process improvements. Step in an assist with production tasks, as needed. Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and team motivation.
Your Skills:
Strong leadership and team development abilities. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication-both written and verbal. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), Paycor, and PACE. Analytical thinker with a proactive mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Knowledge of embroidery equipment and apparel production processes.
Position Qualifications:
Education:
Associate degree in operations or related field, preferred.
Work Experience:
3-5 years in manufacturing/production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Apparel or embroidery experience strongly preferred.
