We are a company which values its associates and would like to grow them to be a multi store manager and eventually a business partner. However one has to be ready to work hard and be able to bring the assigned store to the next level and be ready to grow to be the district manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wireless technology and exceptional leadership skills to drive sales and manage operations effectively.
- Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the wireless store, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets
- Implement strategies to increase store profitability and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment
- Handle cash register duties, including cash handling and transactions
- Conduct wireless sales transactions and provide product knowledge to customers
- Experience
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in cellular sales
- Strong knowledge of inventory control practices
- Experience with wireless sales is a requirement
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Ability to operate a POS system efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and develop a team effectively
