We are a leading HVAC manufacturer in Cairo, GA, dedicated to producing high-quality heating, ventilation, and air conditioning components.

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Lead for our Shipping Department to oversee daily shipping operations. You will coordinate forklift operations, manage inventory movement, ensure timely loading and unloading, and maintain safety and efficiency standards throughout the department.
salary:
$13.56
- $15 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School Responsibilities Lead forklift operations, overseeing loading, unloading, and staging of HVAC products.
Manage inventory accuracy through careful tracking, documentation, and reporting. Coordinate daily shipping schedules, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods. Train and supervise forklift operators, emphasizing safety procedures and efficient handling. Perform regular inspections of forklifts, maintaining equipment in safe working condition. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and logistics teams to streamline shipping processes. Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
