We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Store Manager to lead our retail team and deliver an outstanding in-store experience that reflects the Abaco brand.
Responsibilities:
Open and close the store daily Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space Assist and educate customers on Abaco Polarized sunglasses Ring up customers using the point-of-sale system Hire, train, and lead retail team members Create employee schedules Receive inbound shipments and check product quality Ship online and in-store customer orders Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally Create training materials and operating procedures
Qualifications:
Retail or store management experience required Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage a small team Comfortable with hands-on work, including shipping and receiving Familiarity with POS systems Interest in sunglasses, outdoor lifestyle, or fashion is a plus
Schedule:
Full-time Must be available to work some weekends and holidays
