The ideal candidate will have a background in management and possess excellent leadership skills to drive the team towards success. Responsibilities Supervise and motivate team members to achieve sales targets Conduct interviews and assist in the training and development of new hires Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and make informed decisions Assist the manager in stock management and inventory control Drive sales through effective product promotion and customer engagement Skills Strong leadership abilities with experience as a Manager or similar role Multilingual abilities are a plus for diverse customer interactions Proficient in training development to enhance team performance
