The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, knowledge of employment labor laws, and experience with various applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Taleo and iCIMS. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to develop training programs that enhance the capabilities of our recruitment team. Duties Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various positions. Utilize ATS tools like Lever, Taleo, and iCIMS to streamline the hiring process and maintain accurate records. Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Ensure compliance with employment labor laws throughout the hiring process. Develop and implement training programs for new recruiters to enhance their skills in talent acquisition. Monitor recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions for improvements. Foster relationships with external partners such as recruitment agencies to expand talent sourcing options. Qualifications Proven experience in recruiting or staffing management roles.
