Role:

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate a team of baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment. Train, coach, and develop team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed. Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively, ensuring smooth operations. Hold team members accountable for performance and standards.

Customer Service:

Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers. Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Maintain a high standard of product quality and consistency.

Operations:

Ensure adherence to Starbucks standards and procedures. Manage inventory and stock levels effectively. Participate in store opening and closing procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Communication:

Communicate effectively with team members and management. Stay informed about store operations and changes. Act as a point of contact for customers and team members.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
