Duties Cooking cashier ServSafe certified Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Oversee cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records. Support budgeting efforts by monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Train, develop, and mentor staff to enhance their skills and improve overall team performance. Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock availability while minimizing waste. Utilize retail math to analyze sales trends and make informed decisions regarding product placement and promotions. Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive shopping experience. Collaborate with the Store Manager on strategic planning to achieve store goals. Requirements Proven experience in retail management or a similar role within a grocery store environment is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in cash handling and financial record keeping.
