You will work directly with service managers and the kitchen managers to oversee all functions of the restaurant. The first assistant manager should serve as a bridge between front of house operations and kitchen operations. In addition, you will monitor and address inventory needs, assist with hiring, training, and making sure managers are upholding company standards for safety and health regulations.
