QUALIFICATIONS FOR A STORE MANAGER
At least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license Relevant sales and customer service experience Previous leadership experience a plus Previous quick lube or retail automotive supervisory or management experience Must be able to stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods of time Work in an environment that frequently experiences extremes in temperatures Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, multiple times per day Must be able to work at a rapid pace for extended periods of time Are you a results-driven leader with strong sales skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to thrive under pressure?
