• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and decision-making
• Supervise and train staff members on company policies and procedures
• Manage inventory control and ensure stock levels are maintained
• Oversee shift management and ensure smooth store operations
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when necessary
• Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems for transactions and reporting
• Support in clerical tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and record-keeping Requirements
• Previous experience in retail management or a related field is preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with customers and staff effectively
• Proficiency in inventory control, market trends, and sales strategies
• Ability to negotiate with vendors and manage budgets efficiently
• Familiarity with POS systems for sales transactions and reporting purposes #LAT1
