Join our team as a Shop Supervisor and lead the charge in ensuring seamless and efficient workflow in our shop and yard, driving productivity and customer satisfaction to new heights. About the Role As the Shop Supervisor, you’ll oversee our team and day-to-day operations, taking the lead in directing tasks, maintaining safety and quality standards, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Your leadership will ensure the timely completion of tasks, employee development, and adherence to company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Champion safety practices aligned with our safety culture and policies. Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and standards. Review project drawings and prepare for upcoming work efficiently. Organize workflows and establish clear process maps. Train new hires and mentor staff to develop their skills. Delegate tasks effectively, setting performance goals and deadlines. Monitor and document team performance, providing accurate work logs and feedback. Address and resolve employee issues to maintain a cohesive team environment. We’re looking for someone with a detail-oriented, solution-driven mindset and exceptional leadership abilities.

The ideal candidate should possess:
