Impact:

Assist with the developing and training Team Members to ensure excellent Customer Service and Product Knowledge Continually giving feedback on Team Members on their individual development and completing their review process in a timely manner Completing schedules two weeks prior and ensure the department stays within their budget Setting the example for Team Members Understanding must always be ready to step up in the absence of Team Member Manages and maintains for the daily operations of the gift shop Evaluating and purchasing gift shop merchandise and maintaining inventory Maintain inventory to ensure minimum shrinkage Works with sales, marketing and corporate on promotional needs Review gift shop activities with the Retail Manager as necessary Meet with department directors and managers as necessary Participate in buying processes and events as deemed appropriate by manager Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

A high school diploma or GED equivalent Retail management experience preferred Retail customer service training preferred You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such environment.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods of time without sitting or leaning. Ability to use hands and fingers to handle and feel; use hands and arms to reach, legs and feet to balance, stoop, kneel or crouch Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs and infrequently lift and/or move up to 40 lbs Ability to regularly utilize sufficient vision or other powers of observation to review documents and computer screens and organize documents and materials.
