As a Store Manager, you will empower your team to achieve outstanding operational results, while delivering outstanding customer service. You will report to the Operations Manager and work on-site 100% of the time in Lake Charles, LA.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales and profit plan by controlling expenses, working capital, inventory, shrinkage, and growing net contribution.
Focus on customer service by ensuring that high service standards are maintained.
Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
Maintain a high level of associate engagement through leadership by training, mentoring, motivating, and resolving associate issues.
Maintain understanding of local market, operations-based selling, and customer base.
Ensure that the appearance of the store’s exterior and interior, including merchandizing displays, are maintained to required standards.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent certification with 1+ years of retail store experience required.
Knowledge of application and use of paint and sundries is favorable.
Ability to work flexible shifts and hours, minimum 45 hours required per week; must have a valid driver’s license.
Ability to lift up to 80 pounds infrequently and 40-60 pounds daily.
Must consent to a background investigation, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check.
